When you were a child you dreamed big.
There was nothing you couldn’t imagine achieving.
No one you didn’t think you could grow up to be.
Fireman. Astronaut. Prime Minister. It was all up for grabs.
Then you grew up and as the world got smaller so did your hopes and dreams.
Reality thwarted ambition.
But the people who succeed in life are the ones who keep hold of their goals.
Who believe they can turn those beliefs into reality.
Who never lose sight of them until they’ve achieved them.
Then they set new ones and set out to achieve those too.
Each goal becomes bigger than the last one.
Goals that you wake up at 3 in the morning in a cold sweat, but give you goosebumps thinking about how wonderful it will be to achieve them.
The scale of them becomes quite frankly, scary.
But scarier is having no goals at all.
Of being rudderless
Because without them, how can we move forward in life?
No battle won, no foe vanquished.
Any business without goals, scary or otherwise, is just treading water.
Any travel business not looking to new horizons is frankly going nowhere.
But remember no market can be changed without changing yourself.
A quantum leap can’t be taken without setting the bar high.
So set those goals and challenge yourself and the world.
You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.
And if you need help you know where to come.
